We open doors that do not exist yet.
Vectra is a design studio in Dubai. We draw villas, gardens and rooms, yet what we are really drawing is the feeling of arriving somewhere that was always meant to be yours.
Light finds the courtyard first.
Why we draw.
A drawing is a promise about a morning that has not happened yet.
Sunlight crossing a breakfast table. A hallway that hushes the street. A window a child will one day call their own. Before any of it exists, it exists in a drawing, and someone has to draw it with care.
So we never begin with walls. We begin with the life: who wakes first, where guests are honoured, which hour the family gathers. Then the building is drawn around those moments, quietly, until it fits them like a memory.
Promises, before plans.
Every project is a set of promises to the people who will live inside it. These are ours.
We will listen until we can describe your day better than you can.
We will show you your home in true light, day and night, before you commit to a single stone.
We will draw shade, privacy and welcome into the plan itself, never add them later.
We will stay beside the work until the last lamp is lit.
A room can hold a whole childhood.
What remains after us.
Buildings outlive the people who draw them. Long after our drawings are archived, a neighbourhood keeps the shade we planted. A courtyard keeps the echo of children. A doorway keeps its habit of welcome.
That is the legacy we work for. Not a signature on a skyline, but places that hold people gently, year after year, and are loved without anyone asking why.
We do not build for the photograph. We build for the grandchildren.

Principal Architect
Bader still starts every project with a pencil. He says paper is honest: it hesitates wherever a design is not yet sure of itself.
Ask him about a project and he will not begin with the facade. He will tell you where the light arrives at seven in the morning, and where the family will sit in December. Every project in the studio passes through his hands, from the first pencil line to the final night render.
Architecture should answer its place: the sun, the street, the family, the culture. When it answers all four, it stops looking designed and starts feeling like it was always there.
