Vectra Design Studio (“we”, “us”) is a design studio located at Sheikh Khalifa Street, G1 509, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This policy explains how we handle personal data collected through vectra.ae, in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.

When you submit our enquiry form, we collect the details you provide: name, phone number, email address, project type, indicative budget and your message. We do not collect payment information through this website.

Your details are used solely to respond to your enquiry and, where you engage us, to deliver our services. We do not sell personal data, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.
Retention & sharing
Enquiries are retained for as long as needed to handle your request and for reasonable business records. Data is shared only with service providers that operate this website and our email, under appropriate safeguards.
