The distance between a beautiful design and a beautiful building is supervision. We stay engaged through construction so the project you approved in 3D is the one you walk into.
Even excellent contractors make substitutions under time pressure: a cheaper stone, a flatter profile, a whiter light. Individually small, together they erase a design. Our supervision service exists to prevent that erosion.
We review shop drawings against design intent, approve material samples before ordering, and inspect at the stages where mistakes become permanent: setting-out, blockwork, first-fix, finishes. Issues are flagged in structured site reports with photographic records.
For clients building remotely, a large share of UAE villa owners, supervision doubles as your eyes on site, with regular progress documentation you can review from anywhere in the world.

Do you replace the contractor's project manager?+
