The Brief
High-rise living in the Gulf usually trades greenery for views. The brief: prove an apartment tower can offer both, and do it in a climate where 'vertical forest' concepts routinely fail.
The Concept
Staggered balcony trays rotate around the core, each carrying deep planters with drip-irrigated, heat-tolerant species. The greenery is not decoration; it shades the glazing below it, cutting solar gain where it matters most.

Exposed concrete trays, integrated planter and irrigation systems, native and adapted planting palette selected for Gulf conditions.
The Outcome
A concept that positions the developer for the UAE's sustainability agenda with architecture that markets itself from street level.
