What does villa design cost?+
Architectural design fees in Dubai typically range from AED 25-60 per sq ft of built-up area depending on scope. We quote a fixed fee after a discovery call, so the number you approve is the number you pay.
Do you also design the interiors and garden?+
Yes. Most clients combine architecture, interiors and landscape so the villa is designed as one composition by one team. It also removes the coordination gaps that cost money during construction.
